We supply four core, high-performance flooring lines directly from our warehouse infrastructure:

• SILVA Collection — 7mm Hybrid (SPC): 100% waterproof, trade-favourite 5.5mm core plus 1.5mm IXPE underlay.
• AXEN Collection — 9mm Hybrid (SPC): 100% waterproof, heavy-duty 7mm core plus 2mm acoustic IXPE underlay for maximum sound dampening.
• TITAN Collection — 12mm Premium Laminate: ultra-durable high-density fibreboard (HDF) core with an AC4 wear rating for ultimate scratch resistance.
• EVSPC Collection — 12mm Next-Gen Composite: luxury 2mm vinyl top layer combined with a 100% waterproof SPC core, 5G Click System, and built-in acoustic IXPE underlay.

Hybrid (SPC) has a waterproof rigid core, which makes it the choice for kitchens, laundries and other areas that see moisture. 12mm Laminate uses an ultra-dense HDF core that gives exceptional impact and scratch resistance and a deeper, more authentic timber look, for living areas and bedrooms. Laminate has different moisture limitations from hybrid and its own care requirements.

EVSPC is a next-generation composite floor. At 12mm thick, it features a 2mm luxury vinyl top layer that provides a softer, warmer, and quieter feel underfoot. It also uses the patented 5G Click System, offering significantly stronger joint strength and board stability than standard SPC boards. Each carton holds 3 planks of 1830 × 229 × 12mm, covering 1.257m².

Our Hybrid (7mm/9mm) and EVSPC (12mm) products all ship with pre-attached high-density IXPE acoustic underlay, which is what strata and body corporate rules are usually concerned with. For the hybrid ranges, acoustic test reports are available on request. EVSPC is supplied by an external supplier, and supporting technical documentation may be available to Square Flooring customers on request, where applicable. Tell us the building's requirement and the range you are considering and we will send what we can, so it can be checked against your body corporate's actual specification.

No separate underlayment is required. Both Hybrid (7mm/9mm) and EVSPC (12mm) are manufactured with built-in IXPE acoustic underlayment, and an additional layer should not be added unless it is specifically approved — extra cushioning affects the stability of a floating floor and the performance of its locking system. For 12mm Laminate on concrete subfloors, an underlay with a built-in moisture barrier is used.

High-performance click-lock systems require a clean, flat and sound surface, flat to the tolerance set out in the installation documentation for the product being laid. Proper concrete grinding or self-levelling prevents plank flex, joint separation and hollow sounds underfoot, ensuring your warranty remains fully valid.

All our Hybrid, Laminate, and EVSPC collections are installed using the floating installation method. Planks click together seamlessly over the subfloor without being nailed or glued down. EVSPC uses the 5G Click System for ultra-fast, tool-free locking.

If existing flooring, adhesive, backing or other material is suspected of containing asbestos, our installers will not disturb or remove it until it has been appropriately assessed. Where asbestos is identified or suspected, you will need to arrange assessment and, where required, removal by a suitably qualified and licensed asbestos professional before installation proceeds.

Yes, and the terms are specific to each collection rather than one blanket period across the range. SILVA 7mm Hybrid and AXEN 9mm Hybrid each carry a 25-year residential warranty and a 10-year limited commercial warranty, set out in that collection's own warranty document. TITAN 12mm Laminate has its own document, currently being finalised. EVSPC 12mm is sourced separately and carries its supplier's warranty — 25-year structural and 10-year wear layer, residential. Ask us for the warranty document covering the range you are considering and we will send it.

Sweep or vacuum regularly using a soft brush attachment. For daily mopping, use a damp (well-wrung) microfibre mop with plain warm water or a pH-neutral floor cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive scrubbing tools and excessive water.

No, not unless it is specifically permitted by the product's care and warranty documentation. Waterproof flooring does not automatically mean steam cleaning is suitable. We recommend avoiding steam mops and excessive water entirely, and the final care requirements come with each collection's warranty and maintenance document.

Our hybrid flooring has a waterproof rigid core designed to resist swelling, warping and delamination from normal moisture, and it suits appropriate residential areas such as kitchens and laundries when correctly installed and maintained. Waterproof does not mean flood-proof: damage from flooding, leaking plumbing, water entering through the subfloor or prolonged saturation may be excluded from warranty cover. Bathroom and wet-area suitability depends on the specific range, so check the installation and warranty requirements for the collection you are considering rather than assuming it applies across all of them.

Spare and replacement planks can be purchased subject to current stock availability. We recommend keeping spare boards from your original installation where you can, because normal production-batch variation means a later order may not match exactly. Availability of dedicated repair and touch-up kits is something we are confirming — ask us and we will tell you where it stands for your range.

No. There is no minimum product order — you can buy as little as one box, and collect small orders directly from our Reservoir warehouse.

We deliver throughout Victoria, and to other locations subject to freight availability. Delivery is charged separately based on destination, distance and the order. Collection from our warehouse carries no delivery charge, and a forklift is available for loading larger orders.

Yes, across Victoria, for both residential and commercial projects. Our installation service is available for flooring supplied by Square Flooring — we do not take install-only work on flooring bought elsewhere. Installations are backed by a workmanship warranty, separate from the manufacturer's product warranty.

Yes. Approved trade customers receive dedicated trade pricing rather than retail pricing, with arrangements varying by customer type — builder, installer, flooring retailer or other industry professional. A valid ABN is required. Free samples are available to everyone, and larger display samples can be supplied to flooring retailers and showrooms.

Yes. We can supply projects of 1,000m² and above, from Melbourne warehouse stock where available. Larger quantities requiring a factory order generally need around 6 to 8 weeks, subject to product, quantity, manufacturing schedule and shipping.
