Collection from our warehouse is free, and there is no minimum order — one box is fine. Delivery runs throughout Victoria, charged on where it is going and how much of it there is.

Warehouse pickup

Collect directly from our warehouse at Unit 48, 2 Cobham St, Reservoir VIC 3073, at no delivery charge. We are open Mon - Fri 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday by appointment.

Please arrange your collection with us in advance rather than arriving unannounced. It means the stock is picked and ready when you get here, and it means someone is free to load you.

Forklift facilities are available at the warehouse to help with loading larger orders.

What vehicle you need

The right vehicle depends on the size and weight of the order. Small orders can be collected in a suitable car; larger orders may need a ute, a van or another commercial vehicle.

If you are not sure what your order will actually fill, tell us the quantity when you book the collection and we will tell you what to bring. That is a better answer than a table on a website, because it accounts for what you are actually buying.

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout Victoria, to homes, commercial sites and trade addresses.

Delivery to other locations can be arranged, subject to freight availability and the requirements of the order.

What delivery costs

Delivery is charged separately, calculated on the destination, the distance and the requirements of the order.

We have not published a flat delivery rate or a free-delivery threshold, because a single figure would be wrong for most of Victoria. Collection from the warehouse carries no delivery charge at all, which is often the cheapest answer for anyone nearby.

How quickly you can have it

In-stock products can be available for collection from the day of purchase.

Delivery is arranged around your timing, subject to stock availability, transport availability and scheduling. For larger quantities beyond current warehouse stock, additional product can be ordered from the manufacturer — allow roughly 6 to 8 weeks for a factory order.

Unloading at your end

For deliveries, customers are generally responsible for arranging suitable assistance to unload, unless we have agreed otherwise.

Flooring is heavier than people expect and it arrives on a pallet. If there will be nobody on site to help, say so when you book and we will work out how to handle it rather than leaving a driver stuck at the kerb.

Where our installation team is delivering the flooring as part of an installation, the team handles the flooring required for the job.

There is no minimum order

There is no minimum product order. You can buy a single box, and small orders can be collected directly from the warehouse.

It matters more than it sounds. Finishing a room, matching an existing floor, or replacing a few damaged boards should not require buying a pallet you do not need.
